StudifAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides tools for creating and studying AI-generated quizzes, flashcards, and summaries. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the account information Apple makes available, which may include a private relay email address.
Your profile information is associated with your account.
You can submit text, images, and documents to generate study materials. These inputs are transmitted through our Supabase backend to OpenAI for processing.
We do not save the original submitted text, images, or documents in our application database after processing. We save the resulting quizzes, flashcards, and summaries, associated with your account, so you can access and study them later.
Generated materials may contain information from your inputs, including personal information if you include it.
Our service providers may retain request content or related logs under their applicable data-processing terms and settings. The absence of original files in our database does not mean that no service provider retains them.
OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in. Retention depends on the service used and its configuration. More information is available in OpenAI’s API data controls documentation.
